Choc Coconut Fingers


Choc Coconut Fingers
125g butter
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tblsp cocoa
½ cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 tsp baking powder
Cream butter and sugar, add egg then dry ingredients. Cook in a moderate oven and ice with the following icing. Cut when cold.

Icing
2 tblsp milk
1 heaped cup icing sugar
1 tblsp cocoa
1 tblsp butter
¼ cup coconut
Melt butter and add milk. Mix in icing sugar, coconut and cocoa.
