...about clothes.
(In case you think clothes don't matter, remember the story of David and Bathsheba. David sinned, but I believe Bathsheba was just as much in the wrong. Women are just as responsible for their actions as men.)
Think about these questions with an open mind and forget the excuses!
Do your clothes reflect a pure heart?
If a bikini is modest, what isn't?
When you buy new clothes, do you think about whether they are modest or not?
Do you wear clothes in public that you'd be ashamed to wear at church or at a church get together?
When you walk into church, do godly guys need to look the other way?
Would a guy sitting behind you in church be distracted by what you're wearing?
Proverbs talks about the strange/adulterous woman who wears the clothes of a harlot.
What do you think that means? Are you clothes definately different from that kind of a person?
What's the difference between wearing a bikini at the beach and wearing only underwear in public?
Do you try to honor God in the way you dress?
Do you dress to attract guys in a sensual/sinful way?
Are godly guys comfortable being around you or do they not know where to look?
Do you listen to your parents or others when they critique on your clothes?
If Jesus knocked on your door, would you have to get changed before welcoming him in?
If Jesus permanently moved into your home, would some clothes have to be hidden and never worn again?
