What Money Can't Buy!

Are you rich or poor? When you compare yourselves to others, do you feel like you really don't have much?
When we think of rich, we usually think of lots of money, expensive clothes, a big house, a fancy car, nice holidays etc. We either think of money or the things that money can buy.
But we could have very little money and yet have many things that we wouldn't sell for a million dollars because they are priceless.
If you are healthy, you have something that's priceless. Although you can spend money to help you stay healthy, at the end of the day it's not in your hands. If you have eyes that can see,  you have something that's priceless. Would you sell your eyes for a thousand dollars? If you have ears that can hear, legs that can walk, and arms that work, you are rich! I'm sure you would accept no sum of money for these things.
If you have a home, a parent, both parents or any siblings, you have something priceless. There is no sibling or parent shop! If you have parents that love each other, parents who have given you a Christian upbringing, parents that love and care for you, parents who love the Lord, you are rich. If your sins are forgiven, you have peace with God and a home in Heaven, you are incredibly rich! If you have a church family, grandparents, an education, friends and people who look out for you, you have what money can't buy.
Maybe you don't have all of these things, but you most likely have some of them. Maybe you have ones I haven't thought of.
Do you value the priceless things you have?

Godliness with contentment is great gain.
For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare,... 1 Timothy 6:6-9a
