Easy Double Chocolate Muffins


1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 cup soft brown sugar
100g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in brown sugar. Melt butter. Beat eggs and milk unto combined. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients. Add butter, egg mixture and chocolate chips. Mix to just moisten. Three quarter fill greesed, deep muffin tins. Bake at 190 C for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm! Yummy!

It's supposed to make 12, but it only made me 9!
