Magic Slice
(Warning!! This is delicious!!)
1 1/2 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
75g butter
1 cup choc melts
1 cup raisins
1 cup coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
1 can condensed milk
a 27cm by18cm tin
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line the base of the tin with baking paper.
Put the biscuit crumbs in a bowl. Stir in the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press evenly over the base of the tin with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the Choc melts over the bicuit crumb base. Cover with the raisins, then the coconut and almonds. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake in the preaheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the centre is firm when pressed lightly. Stand the tin on a rack until cold. Cut into squares or bars.
(If you like, you can use chopped dried apricots in place of the raisins.)
