Where are the girls
Who want to live right,
Who seek God's help
The Devil to fight?
Where are the girls
Who want to stay pure,
Who run a mile
From the Devil's lure?
Where are the girls
Who take time to pray,
Who know how to walk
With God each day?
Where are the girls
Who love to read
God's precious Word
And then take heed?
Where are the girls
Who are modestly dressed?
Most girls around
Don't seem to care less.
Such girls are few,
Such girls are rare--
Who care more for character
Than their clothes or their hair.
God, give us girls
Who live for You--
Not just on Sunday
But the whole week through.
