Marshmellow Fudge Bar

2 Weetbix
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 cup Coconut
6 oz Butter--melted
1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Mix dry ingredients with melted butter. Press into tin. Bake 15-20 minutes in a moderate (180 C) oven.

Topping:
2 dessertspoons Gelatine soaked in 1/2 cup boiling Water
1 cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Icing Sugar

Place gelatine and sugar in a pot. Boil 5 minutes. Cool, and add icing sugar. Beat till thick.
Spread on square and sprinkle with coconut.
