Bible Reading Challenge

One way to read the Bible is to have a notebook and write down everything you learn about God as you read.
God has given us His Word to reveal Himself to us.
Often we have our own ideas about what God is like. We tend to make God into what we want Him to be.

So I have started to read the Bible this way and it is interesting!

 God is...
    ...all-knowing
    ...righteous
    ...a shield that defends
    ...a judge
    ...angry with the wicked every day
    ...longsuffering
    ...merciful
    ...forgiving
    ...Creator
    ...a refuge for the oppressed in times of trouble
    ...doesn't forsake them that seek Him.
